Package Development Engineer
Requirements:

With at least 3 years experience as a Package or Product Development Engineer in a semiconductor company.
·
Able to design processes, create procedures including identification and selection of equipment for new packages.
·
With background in wafer saw technology specifically in back grinding and wafer fabrication.
·
With experience in die metallization and in handling wafer saw machine, dicing wheel, die attach & wirebond.
·
Highly analytical, can interpret technical data and prepare a complete engineering report.
·
Well-verse in the use or application of DOE-SAS JMP and FMEA+.
·
Sound knowledge in SPC tools, DOE, FMEA, PPAP, and 8D.
·
Must be a graduate of Chemical, Metallurgical or Materials Engineering, Material Science, BS Chemistry or Physics.
·
Willing to be assigned in Laguna.
RF LM/Test Technician
Requirements:
·
With 2 years experience as RF line maintenance or test technician in an RF Microwave production line.
·
Operates a network and spectrum analyzer.
·
performs RF equipment trouble shooting and RF testing and set-up
·
Proficient in RF/DC circuit application.
·
Knowledge in Die Attach and Wirebond equipment will be an advantage.
·
A graduate of vocational or technology course.
·
Computer literate.
Test Maintenance Lead Technician
Requirements:
·
At least 3-4 years experience in probe card repair in a wafer probe station of a semiconductor company.
·
with above average skills in the set-up, operation and troubleshooting of LTX System, Tesec Handlers, Tesec 881, MTC 3608, ISMECA SOT PK6.
·
a vocational technology or engineering graduate of ECE, EE or ME.
·
with sound knowledge in FMEA, 8D and 7 QC tools.
Production Supervisor for Modules Line
Requirements:
·
3 years working experience as a Production Supervisor in an electronic company handling SMT assembly.
·
Ensures that daily shipment targets are met.
·
Ensures compliance to production schedules and the optimal use of available equipment and manpower in delivering targeted output.
·
With above average planning and analytical skills.
·
Self-motivated, has initiative and strong leadership ability.
·
Can confidently interface with local and foreign customers.
·
Engineering graduate, preferably IE, EE, ECE, ME or ChE.
RF Applications Engineer
Requirements:
·
Understanding on key market players in RF Components and Microwave.
·
Atleast 3 years exposure in Marketing/Sales for RF Components local & international.
·
Knowledge in RF components, frequency products oscillators, LNA Amplifiers, DRO’s, power dividers.
·
Exposure on hybrid assembly & PCB/ SMT manufacturing.

Purchasing Supervisor
Requirements:

At least 5 years procurement experience as a Senior Buyer or as a Procurement Specialist in an electronics export company.

Extensive procurement background in sourcing / buying SMD and discrete electronic components including ferrites and alternators.
·
With an established network of suppliers for electronic components.
·
Above average technical expertise in RF/Modules.
·
Knowledgeable on electronic components specs and can effectively describe such to foreign suppliers.
·
Has a track record of price reduction programs.
·
Good negotiating skills, aggressive and result-oriented.
·
Can communicate effectively with both foreign and local suppliers.
·
A college graduate preferably in Engineering.
PROCESS TEST TECHNICIAN code: PTT

Requirements:

Accountant
Requirements:
·
Extensive work experience in the preparation of financial statements of a manufacturing company.
·
Strong background in corporate tax laws and in handling tax matters.
·
Good working knowledge in the conduct of tax audits.
·
At least 1 year working experience as an accountant in a manufacturing company preferably in the semiconductor industry.
·
Experience in dealing with auditors, tax agents and has the ability to foster excellent relations with bankers and other external parties.
·
Degree in Accountancy, must be a CPA.
·
Assertive, highly analytical and with a keen eye for details.
